Same-old wasn’t working for us – so we created something new. Since opening our first store in Minnesota, we’ve been changing the eyewear game with our thoughtfully designed frames, transparent pricing, with great service and focused always in our customer needs.
We’ve got our eye on greater things still. Our goal is to be a driver of positive change in Minnesota and contribute to our community from our business.

Opticians
Not all opticians wear lab coats. Ours don’t – but they do work with the best optical tech out there. The people who make the magic happen, they help shape the eyecare principles.

Interviewing can be intimidating – you don’t know what to expect and who you will meet. We’ve been there as well, and want to make the process relaxed, fun and relevant for you. Once we sit down with a coffee, we’ll go through your questions for us and our questions for you.

OPTICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helping team members to assist customers more efficiently
- Adjust glasses and dispense for customers efficient in the Huxley Happy Process
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve, assist eyewear needs for customers
- Work alone on slower days
- Help increase store goals
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in optical retail or clinic
- ABO Certified preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills and note taking for others to follow
- Strong leadership qualities while still able to be a great listener too
