Within 60 days of purchase (with a valid prescription), Huxley offers a one-time exchange, return, or refund of your order. Exclusions: Warranty does not cover loss, theft, or accidental damage. Normal wear and tear of lenses are not covered. Manufacturer defects of frames or lenses typically appear within 90 days of purchase.

Warranty is for active prescription only, once the prescription expires, so does the lens warranty.
Safety Lenses Warranty: A one-time replacement is included with the Safety Fee for scratched or damaged safety lenses for one year from purchase. Prescription must be valid for warranty coverage.


Covered for 1 year, though most defects appear within 90 days. Non-Huxley branded frames (e.g. Oakley, Ray-Ban, Maui Jim) follow the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Items must be returned in the same condition as sold. Restocking Fees: Non-Rx sunglasses/OTC Readers – 20% Any damaged frames or lenses are subject to exclusion OR a 20% restocking fee. Huxley may deny returns if we suspect abuse of policy.
